This is not your traditional group class. There will be no in-person gathering. It is a "digital gathering". The live yoga session will be taught by phone using the Zoom Cloud Meeting Ap. Join the class by dialing the phone number and plugging your headphones into your phone. Practice outdoors under the sunshine, at your favorite park or even in your yard.
You will receive more details by email about how to join the call. Class meets Monday, May 18th at 10:00 - 11:30am. Tech support is available for those who are new to Zoom. Video will not be used. We will use the conference call feature.
The date and time of this class were chosen to avoid peak times in public parks and to take advantage of the warm, sunny weather that is expected. We'd like to have as many people as possible out enjoying nature and yoga for this for this unique offering.
